The object of the present invention is to provide a semiconductor device, a liquid crystal display device, and an electronic device, capable of obtaining a wide viewing angle, decreasing the number of manufacturing processes and masks, and reducing manufacturing costs in comparison with prior arts. The liquid crystal display device includes a first electrode which is formed on one surface of a substrate, a first insulation layer which is formed on the first electrode, a thin film transistor which is formed on the first insulation layer, a second insulation layer which is formed on the thin film transistor, a second electrode which is formed on the second insulation layer and includes a plurality of opening parts, and a liquid crystal which is formed on the second electrode. The liquid crystal is controlled by an electric field between the first electrode and the second electrode. |
