A display substrate of a display device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve the aperture ratio and improve the display quality. A gate line(122) is formed on a base substrate. A first insulating layer is formed on the base substrate and covers the gate line. A data line(142) which is equipped on the first insulating layer and intersects with the gate line. A TFT(Thin Film Transistor) is connected to the gate line and the data line. A second insulating layer is formed on the base substrate in order to cover data line and the TFT. A transparent electrode is formed on the second insulating layer. An organic film is formed on the transparent electrode. |
