The trailer has a body, a chassis with a shaft and an axle with wheels. A medium is provided for lowering the wheels such that the trailer is ready to start in the lowered state. The wheels have no contact with the ground in lifted state. A system for detecting and documenting red-light or speed violations is arranged in the structure. The shaft is arranged in folded manner.
