The device (14) has bases (16,18) which are connectable with respect to one another. The bases have cooperating electrical contact elements which are contacted with a model trajectory article. A magnet is arranged at the base (18), by cooperating with a magnetizable element positioned at the base (16). The electrical contact elements are arranged at facing sides of the corresponding bases, related to the direction of the magnetic force between the magnets and magnetizable element.
