The present invention relates to a composition which includes phosphatidylcholine (PPC) and biphenyl dimethyl dicarboxylate (DDB) and, more specifically, to a composition in which PPC and DDB are mixed with a weight ratio of 1:1 to 50:1, and to uses thereof. The composition of the present invention treats damaged liver in order to lower numerical values of blood AST, ALT and LDH, and mitigate dyscholia, which is a side effect of DDB is confirmed by numerical values of blood total bilirubin, ALP, and MDA of liver tissues so that the composition is effective for manufacturing the composition for preventing or treating liver diseases in which the dyscholia is mitigated. |
