<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a solar cell module in which breakage of a solar cell element due to a load is suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the solar cell module includes a preparation stage of preparing a module stack 20 having a first cross-linking resin 7, at least one solar cell element 2, a second cross-linking resin 8, and a back member 9, laminated in order on a light-transmissive member 1, a pressing stage of applying pressure to the module stack 20 to strain it, a heating stage of heating the first cross-linking resin 7 and second cross-linking resin 8 under conditions of a temperature higher than respective cross-linking temperatures in a state where the module stack 20 is strained, and a pressure reduction stage of releasing the pressure after the heating stage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
