PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber baked component assembly capable of assembling surely a rubber baked component in a prescribed position when assembling the rubber baked component to a housing, and capable of preventing a gasket from being damaged by excessive stress applied to the rubber-like elastic gasket by the back pressure of a lubricant or air sealed in a closed space. SOLUTION: The rubber baked component assembly comprises the housing having a step formed so as to be face a fluid passage, and a small-diametric cylindrical inner circumferential face adjacent to the step, and the rubber baked component provided with a metal ring having an engagement part with an outer circumferential face engaged with the small-diametric cylindrical inner circumferential face, and the rubber-like elastic gasket formed integrally in the metal ring, and effecting a sealing function with respect to the step, and the rubber baked component assembly is provided with a discharge means for discharging fluid from the closed space formed when attaching the rubber baked component to the housing in an engagement manner.
