PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder device suitable for multiple usability and a universal type, by adjusting an installation angle of a cylinder device for sliding a piston and a piston rod so as to be freely reciprocatable in a cylinder. SOLUTION: This cylinder device 1 is provided for slidably arranging the piston 7 linearly moving by a pressure fluid inside the cylinder 2, and has an installation leg part 17 extending in the crossing direction with the longitudinally moving direction of the piston 7 outside the cylinder 2. Its installation leg part 17 has a circular arc surface with the axis in the crossing direction with the longitudinally moving direction of the piston 7 as the center and a flat surface 15 of connecting its circular arc surface as an outer surface, and a bolt hole 16 is penetratingly formed toward the vertical direction to the flat surface 15.
