摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure an attack angle by eliminating the influence of the wear of a tread of a rail. SOLUTION: This attack angle measuring device 18 radiates a laser beam from laser displacement gauges 19a and 19b to a side surface 11a of a wheel 11, and measures the distance information from the wheel 11. Laser displacement gauges 20a and 20b radiate a laser beam to a side surface 10b of the rail 10, and measure the distance information from the rail 10. These laser displacement gauges are arranged and fixed on a support base 16, orthogonal to the wheel 12 attached to a lower part of an axle box 13. The side surface 10b of the rail 10 is a side part of the tread on which the wheel 11 travels, so that it does not wear out even when the wheel 11 travels. In an arithmetic means, a first arithmetic section calculates the tilt angle of the wheel based on the distance information from the wheel 11, and calculates the tilt angle of the rail 10 based on the distance information from the rail 10.
