PURPOSE: A device for manufacturing bio-oil and a bio-oil manufacturing process using the same are provided to reduce the size of the device and costs. CONSTITUTION: A reactor (10) is provided with biomass from a silo (20). A cyclone (30) performs a separation process after accommodating synthetic gas discharged from the reactor. A condenser (40) gradually produces bio-oil by cooling the synthetic gas. A first condenser (41) is directly connected to the cyclone. A second condenser (46) is connected to the rear end of the first condenser. A heavy oil tank (61) stores oil from the first condenser. A light oil tank (66) stores oil from the second condenser.
