A rotating guardrail for reducing wave power of the present invention includes: supports fixed and installed on the ground at regular intervals; and a safety bar connected between the supports and vertically rotating. The supports are formed on both surfaces of a body thereof and have a safety bar coupling unit coupled with the safety bar. The safety bar is coupled to the safety bar coupling unit of the support and has a support coupling unit on both sides of the safety bar body so as to rotate the safety bar body. The safety bar body has a streamlined cross-section. According to the present invention, in the connection between the support of the guard rail and the safety bar, the safety bar is designed to be connected with the support to be vertically rotated, thereby reducing wave power, and the safety bar is also designed to have a streamlined structure with low coefficient of drag of the flow of fluid, thereby further reducing wave power. |
