PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding resin body which allows the user to perform sure laser welding processing, without causing defective welding, and additionally, excels in productivity, and moreover, to provide a driver which uses a welding technique related to the welding resin body. SOLUTION: The welding resin body includes a first bobbin 5 consisting of, for example, a laser-beam transmitting resin, and an intermediate member 10, consisting of a laser beam fusing resin. The welding resin body has a superimposed section where the first bobbin 5 and the intermediate member 10 are superimposed on each other, and the superimrposed section has a first superimposed section which is welded by a laser beam that irradiates the intermediate member 10 from the side of the first bobbin 5, and a second superimposed section which is positioned by the first bobbin 5 and the intermediate member 10 engaging with each other, and these two sections are energized, in a direction of pressure-welding each other with reaction by elastic transformation.
