A shaft (21) is installed at the center of the back side of a bridge support and the pivot of a central connecting member (8) is supported at the shaft (21), a spiral spring (22) is installed on the shaft (21), the spiral spring (22) loads a spring force via the mode of making the central connecting member (8) ascend and be abutted against the bridge support (2), furthermore, the central connecting member (8) extends out an arm (15) toward the right side via the lower side of the bridge support (2), on a shaft (24) installed at the front end of the arm (15), a frame nose (6) is installed in a rotatable mode, and a spiral spring (25) is installed on the shaft (24) for obtaining rotation friction between the arm (15) and a leg (19) of the frame nose (6). |
