PERMANENT WAVING COMPOSITION CONTAINING PLANTAGO EXTRACT AND METHOD OF FORMING THE PERMANENT WAVE

A permanent wave agent containing a plantago extract and a method of forming permanent wave are disclosed. The permanent wave agent containing a plantago extract comprises: a permanent first drug which is a reducing agent and comprises 10-20 wt% of the plantago extract relative to the total weight of the first drug and a permanent second drug which is an oxidizing agent. The permanent wave agent containing the plantago extract is applied to minimize damage to hairs and dry hairs by chemical components of the first and the second drugs.
