The present invention relates to a seawall structure and a construction method thereof and, more specifically, to a seawall structure which can be easily constructed and obtains excellent retaining efficiency and a construction method thereof. The seawall structure according to the present invention includes a bottom plate which is installed in the seabed and which includes a plurality of grooves arranged at predetermined intervals on the top surface; a bottom frame which a plurality of columns forms a lattice form; a lateral frame which is formed of the columns on the periphery of the bottom frame; an upper frame of which the periphery is connected to the top of the lateral frame to cover the upper part of the bottom frame and which the columns form a lattice form; unit blocks which are arranged on the bottom plate and piled one on top of the other and which includes a space unit limited by the bottom frame, the lateral frame, and the upper frame; and a plurality of fixing bodies which is formed into a column form. The fixing bodies can the horizontal movement of the unit blocks as the lower ends of the fixing bodies are inserted and fixed to the grooves of the bottom plates via holes between lattices of the upper and bottom frames of the unit blocks. |
