The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition, a cosmetic composition, or hydrogel containing a mixed extract of dandelion and barley for preventing, alleviating, or treating skin disorders. The pharmaceutical composition for preventing, alleviating, or treating skin disorders prevents and treats skin disorders, especially acne using the mixed extract of dandelion and barley with skin elasticity, moisturizing, and antibacterial properties. The hydrogel containing the mixed extract largely improves gel strength and moisture content and removes various pollutants which can be adsorbed onto skin, thereby effectively preventing, alleviating, or treating skin disorders.
