PURPOSE: A pedal sensor module and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase durability and reliability of components and to increase productivity by reducing process time. CONSTITUTION: A pedal sensor module comprises a housing (10), a circuit board (20), solder (30), an insulation layer, a brush arm (40), a spring (44), and a cover (50). A terminal (11) is installed in the housing, and the housing includes accommodation space. The circuit board is fixed to the accommodation space by using a fixing member (21) and includes a terminal hole, pad (23), and variable resistance unit (24). The solder is soldered between the terminal and the pad penetrating the terminal hole and electrically connects the terminal and the pad. The insulation layer covers the solder and electrically protects the solder. The brush arm is installed in the accommodation space of the housing, and a rotary shaft (41) is rotatably assembled around a rotary shaft hole in order to correspond to the variable resistance unit. The spring is installed between the rotary shaft hole of the housing and the rotary shaft of the brush arm. The cover covers and seals the accommodation space of the housing by using a sealing member (51). |
