The invention relates to a method for producing packs (10) of the hinge-lid type for cigarettes, having a box part (11) and a lid (12), which is mounted in a pivotable manner on the box part (11), wherein a blank for a pack (10) is folded in a folding device, in particular a folding turret, largely to give a finished pack (10), with pack walls which are separated off from one another, in particular, by folding lines (17) being formed in the process, wherein side flaps (15, 16) of the blank, for forming side walls (13, 14) of the pack (10), project laterally in relation to the pack (10) and, thereafter, are provided with glue (40) in a gluing station (20) and then connected to other side flaps (15, 16) of the blank to give side walls (13, 14) of the pack (10). According to the invention, it is provided that, preferably in the region of the gluing station (20), parts of the pack (10) or pack walls are oriented correctly relative to one another, and the resulting relative position is retained by guide means, in particular an upper guide (34) and a lower guide (35), during transportation of the pack (10) along a cardboard path (19). |
