PURPOSE: An inverter is provided to miniaturize an electronic device and reduce power consumption of the electronic device. CONSTITUTION: A switching circuit(100) includes a driver(110) and a switch unit(120). The driver includes a power generation circuit(111), a buffer(112), and an inverter unit(113). The power generation circuit generates a power voltage which is supplied to the buffer by applying a control signal generated in a controller which is implemented by various chip sets. The buffer outputs a control signal which is the same as the inputted control signal. The inverter unit outputs an inverted control signal by inverting the inputted control signal. The inverter unit performs an inverting operation only by input of a control signal without a separate external power supply.
