The present invention relates to a foreign substance removal device for the surface of a material and, more specifically, to a foreign substance removal device for the surface of a material which comprises: transfer rollers that are arranged in the transferring direction of the material and rotated for transferring the material settled on the upper surface thereof to one side thereof; an eccentric roller unit which separates foreign substances from the surface of the material by using eccentric rollers eccentrically disposed in between the transfer rollers to hit the material for separating the foreign substance; and a fluid spray unit which removes the foreign substances from the material by spraying fluid onto the material passing through the eccentric rollers. |
