According to the present invention, the content of anthocyanin is proportional to the volume of a decoloring agent when a user is aware of the dropping volume of the decoloring agent corresponding to the content of anthocyanin and stops dropping the decoloring agent at a first transparent point like an acid-base titration method, wherein sodium bisulfite (NaHSO3) used as a decoloring agent is prepared with a constant concentration. Since such titration is directly proportional to the content of anthocyanin, the content of anthocyanin is measured more efficient than a complex spectroscopic concentration measurement by measuring the concentration of a compound with a chromophore and the titration is a fast and efficient measurement method.
