The present invention relates to a system and method for reducing problem of double parking which notifies exiting time of a car, warns a driver whose car is double parked and, or requests driver′s information. According to the present invention, the system for reducing problem of double parking includes a camera of the car and a communication module. The camera of the car detects double parking. When double parking is detected, the communication module transmits at least one signal from a warning signal for the double parking, a requesting signal for contact information of the driver whose car is double parked, or a requesting signal for time of exiting time of the double parked car.
