<p>The present invention relates to a production method of calcium citrate using oyster shells and, more specifically, to: a production method of calcium citrate which comprises the following steps: removing foreign substances from the oyster shells obtained from oyster production processes, and washing the oyster shells before drying and pulverizing to obtain powder; injecting anhydrous citric acid to the obtained powder, and centrifugal separating the mixture to obtain calcium citrate. By making the oyster shells react with the anhydrous citric acid at a relatively low temperature, energy costs can be remarkably reduced, and a high purity product can be produced with a simple process.
