A sanding disc spring plate 10a comprises at least one base body 12a and at least two separate, macroscopic spring units 14a spaced at a defined distance from one another in one plane. Each of the spring units 14a may comprise at least one spring element 16a, 18a and at least one bearing element 20a connected to the base body 12a via the at least one spring element 16a, 18a. A sanding disc may comprise a disc unit 24a, the sanding disc spring plate 10a and a sandpaper holding surface 22a. Each spring unit 14a may comprise at least two spring elements 16a, 18a, which may be coiled springs. Bearing elements 20a may each be a sleeve with a ventilation duct 30a. An outer ring 26a may be connected to the base body 12a via at least one spring element 28a. A sealing element 34a may be provided between the disc unit 24a and the sanding disc spring plate 10a. The base body 12a and spring units 14a may be formed in one piece and may be at least partly thermoplastic. The sanding disc spring plate 10a may be injection moulded or bonded via gluing and/or ultrasonic welding. |
