<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance system of a building capable of presenting whether the deterioration of a building suffered from a disaster is subjected to deterioration earlier than predetermined. <P>SOLUTION: The maintenance system of a building includes: building information storing means; deterioration information storing means; disaster history information storing means; secular change information storing means; updating means for updating at least one of disaster history information and secular change information; first deriving means for deriving an integrated deterioration degree on the basis of deterioration predetermined information showing an integrated deterioration degree being an overall deterioration degree of a building determined by the age of the building which is predetermined without assuming a disaster to the building; second deriving means for deriving an integrated deterioration degree on the basis of building information, deterioration information, the disaster history information updated by the updating means, the secular change information updated by the updating means, and the age of the building; and a notifying means for notifying that the building needs repair when a difference between the integrated deterioration degree derived by the second deriving means and the integrated deterioration degree derived by the first deriving means is larger than a predetermined value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
