<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a black color hardening composition achieving satisfactory close adhesiveness onto a substrate, high sensitivity, and forming a fine pattern, to provide a light shielding color filter achieving high light shielding performance in an infrared region and its manufacturing method by use of the black color hardening composition, and to provide a solid imaging element preventing the occurrence of noise and improving quality of picture image. <P>SOLUTION: This black color hardening composition contains (A) titanium black, (B) alkali soluble resin having weight-average molecular weight in a scope of 20,000 to 31,000 and an acid value in a scope of 80 to 100 mgKOH/g, (C) solvent, (D) photopolymerization initiator, and (E) compound containing ethylene unsaturated double bond. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
