Hydrocyclone

The hydrocyclone has molded parts (40) attached to an inflow chamber and/or a cyclone chamber (30). The molded parts are upstream and flow through from a phase mixture with a predetermined velocity flow (48) for division in a tangential velocity component and an axial velocity component. One of the molded parts is formed such that the phase mixture includes an iso-kinetic flow attitude with a constant axial velocity component in a cyclic region (49) that indirectly adjoins to the inflow chamber. The phase mixture is supplied to the cyclic chamber. An independent claim is also included for an insert part for partially forming an inflow chamber and a cyclone chamber into a hydrocyclone for separating a flowable mixture of phases.
