The present invention relates to a filter for removing lint generated by a laundry drier. According to an embodiment of the present invention specification, a laundry drier comprises: a cabinet for forming the outer appearance; a drum installed inside of the cabinet to be able to be rotated; a discharge duct for discharging the air inside of the drum; a fan for exhausting the air inside of the drum; a supplying duct for supplying air into the drum; a heater installed on the discharge duct for heating the air being supplied to the drum; and a filter unit installed on the discharge duct for collecting lint contained in the air being discharged. The filter unit may include a dual cyclone having a collision part where the lint is impacted. When the filter unit is used instead of a mesh filter or with a mesh filter, the weight removal efficiency can be increased up to 95 %; and the amount of fine lint collected on the discharge duct passage can be greatly reduced, which lengthens the cleaning period of the discharge duct.
