摘要

The present invention relates to functional anticancer food using Allium hookeri which is obtained by the following steps: a mixing step (step 1) of crushing Allium hookeri into 0.1-1 cm and mixing; a soaking step (step 2) mixing the crushed Allium hookeri with purified water, and soaking the Allium hookeri at 20-25°C for 10-14 hours; an extraction step (step 3) of extracting the soaked mixture of the soaking step at 90-100°C for 2-6 hours; and a filtration step (step 4) of filtering the extract obtained from the extraction step. The functional anticancer food is produced by adding chives and water parsley, thereby preventing cancer and constipation.
