The present invention relates to a method for registering one time password (OTP) medium of a user′s cellular phone. Included in the method are: a step of receiving a phone number of a user, whose phone has a program to indicate OTP through a communication network, and an identity of the user who uses the program; a step of authenticating the user who use the program on the cellular phone using the user′s phone number and identity; a step of mapping an OTP generator on a server, which is designated to dynamically generate OTP that will be indicated through the program on the user′s cellular phone using the user′s phone number and identity, to the program on the user′s cellular phone that will indicate the dynamically generated OTP when the authentication is proved to be valid; and a step of registering the user′s cellular phone in which the program is installed as an OPT medium that will indicate an OTP dynamically generated by the OTP generator on the designated server.
