The present invention relates to a torque converter for a vehicle to improve productivity by reducing the number of components using a torsional damper. The torque converter for a vehicle according to the present invention includes a lock-up clutch and the torsional damper. The torsional damper includes a drive plate to receive the driving power of the lock-up clutch to rotate; a plurality of springs elastically supported in the drive plate in the circumferential direction; and a driven plate which is elastically supported in the springs, which receives driving power through the springs, and which is joined to a turbine. The turbine shell of the turbine is riveted to a spline hub for delivering driving power to a transmission. The inner circumference of the drive plate is bent in the axial direction. The spline hub includes a catching part of which the outer circumference is partially bent to adhere to the inner circumferential front end of the drive plate.
