The apparatus has a bottom cross member (24) fastened to a right-handed frame wall (20) and a left-handed frame wall (21), and a top cross member (23) and a top drive shaft (28) fastened to side walls of a top tool holding device (2). The members have a profile for absorbing force transverse to, in and perpendicular to a blank running direction, where the force is produced during processing of a blank by an upper tool unit (33) and a lower tool unit (34). The tool units are laterally movable and slidable on the members over a bottom tool guide element (41) and a top tool guide element (40). |
