A device for performing an electrical test and an optical test of a plurality of light emitting elements mounted on a substrate and classifying the light emitting elements according to the test results includes: a stamping module which selectively stamps the light emitting elements according to the test results; and a storage module which includes a plurality of storage containers for storing the light emitting elements stamped by the stamping module by grade according to the test results. Since the light emitting elements are stamped and classified according to the test results after the electrical test and the optical test of the light emitting elements mounted on the substrate are performed, it is possible to significantly reduce the time necessary for the test process and the classification process of the light emitting elements.
