Disclosed are a load-out control system and a method for the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the load-out control system includes a level difference measurement part for measuring the level difference between the land and a floating dock; a load receiving part for receiving information on the load of a marine structure or a ship which enters to the floating dock; and a control part for outputting control signals for controlling the amount of water flowing into the ballasting part of the floating dock or flowing out of the ballasting part using the level difference information and the load information separately inputted by the level difference measurement part and the load receiving part.
