<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engagement structure of a packaging bag and a bottle for not easily spill out a content in filling the bag to the bottle with the content. <P>SOLUTION: The heat welding surface of a resin sheet 11 (the inside face of a packaging bag) is formed with a sealing zipper 16 protruding to the inside of the bag. The outside peripheral face of the mouth 23 of a bottle is formed with a screw part 24. The part 24 is formed with a protrusion 24a extending spirally and protruding outward in the diameter direction of the mouth 23 and a recess 24b sectioned by the protrusion 24a.
