PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce response time to operator's operation. SOLUTION: An operation relay reception part 141 receives an operation signal transmitted by an operation device (wall switch 820). An operation relay transmission part 142 transmits the operation signal received by the operation relay reception part 141 to a control device (controller 860). A state tentative transmission part 163 assumes a state of an object device (lighting apparatus 810) is changed by operation shown by the operation signal received by the operation relay reception part 141 to transmit a state signal showing the changed state of the object device to the operation device. A state relay reception part 131 receives the state signal showing the state of the object device transmitted by the control device. A state relay transmission part 132 transmits the state signal showing the state of the object device received by the state relay reception part 131 to the operation device.
