PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold for molding a tire and a pneumatic tire, in which on-ice performance is maintained and maneuvering stability is made to improve in a tire which has a sipe of three-dimensional structure. SOLUTION: In the mold for molding a tire for fabricating the pneumatic tire in which two or more blocks 4 are partitioned in a tread part and two or more sipes 5 are formed in the blocks 4; a sipe blade 1 which forms the sipe 5 is arranged to an inside of the mold, the sipe blade 1 is flexed so that a bending section 6 in which the sipe 5 is bent in a sipe width direction at least one place in a tire radial direction at an inside of a block 4 and is connected in a sipe width direction may be formed, and a hole 3 or a recessed part 3' is prepared in at least one place on a bending line 2 of the sipe blade 1 corresponding to the bending section 6 of the sipe 5.
