The present invention relates to a pine nut hulling device, and more specifically, to a pine nut hulling device which separates pine nuts by size when the pine nuts with outer shells are supplied without hulling using an assorting unit for pine nuts with outer shells, hulls the outer shells from the pine nuts using an outer shell hulling unit by size, and separates the pine nuts and the outer shells while collecting the pine nuts only in a pine nut collecting unit. To achieve said purpose, the present invention comprises the following: the assorting unit (10) for pine nuts with outer shells installed on the upper side of a main body (1) for assorting the pine nuts with the outer shells by size using first and second stepped rolls (11-1, 11-2) which are downwardly tilted, and supplying the pine nuts with the outer shells from the assorted pine nuts supplying hopper (15); the outer shell hulling unit (20) crushing and hulling the outer shells of the pine nuts with the outer shells supplied through the assorted pine nuts supplying hopper (15) by size; and the pine nut collecting unit (45) located on the lower side of the outer shell hulling unit (20) for sucking the outer shells and discharging through an outer shell suction hopper (44), and collecting the discharged pine nuts using a pine nut collecting hopper (45). |
