The present invention relates to a shock-absorbing insole capable of being fixed in position, and more particularly, to a shock-absorbing insole of which position can be fixed not only in a typical sneaker or shoe but also in a slipper exposing a user′s heel or a sandal with an inclined sole. The shock-absorbing insole comprises a band-shaped fixing means on an edge of a body to wrap and fix a portion of a shoe sole, wherein the fixing means includes any one of a band, a wire, and a string. The shock-absorbing insole according to the present invention can be fixed in position for a slipper exposing a user′s heel or a sandal as well as a sneaker or shoe, and used for all products regardless of the material, shape and size of the sole. Furthermore, the shock-absorbing insole is not detached even if foreign substances such as dust and water are introduced, and also has a simple structure thereby reducing manufacturing costs and being easily attached and detached. |
