A method for the osteoplasty of the acetabulum roof comprises fashioning the graft from the resected head and neck of femur with following graft fixation to the pelvic bones with the aid of the screws. The bed for the graft is generated in the acetabulum roof allowing for spongious tissue of graft being in contact with the bed in the acetabulum roof while the opposite side of the graft equipped with the cortical layer. |
