The present invention relates to a heat shield paint composition with improved heat shield performance, and more specifically, to a method for paining a heat shield paint using the same, and a heat shield coating prepared therefrom, wherein the heat shield paint composition includes a mixture for a finish coat containing a heat shield material whose surface is treated with a silane coupling agent and a mixture for a primer coat containing hollow beads. The heat shield paint composition can reduce the use amount of heating and air-conditional equipment in summer and winter and effectively saves energy.
