The present invention relates to an ultra-thin portable folding toilet seat cover. In particular, the ultra-thin portable folding toilet seat cover has a very portable folding structure which is folded into an ultra-thin shape even though the ultra-thin portable folding toilet seat cover is formed by a resin material.
