A method for the determination and prediction of characteristic of reliability of electric machines is based on calculations of those by mathematical models obtained, with account of parameters that characterize the change of state of main constructional units – winding, bearing unit, shaft, collector-brush unit, contact rings and the body – at additional measurement of local values of temperature and vibration of those. The calculated mathematical models are obtained in complex ways as result of express tests on reliability and use of typical laws of distribution of failures with account of real state of the main constructional units. |
