A split die of a stamp comprises a movable punch, a die with a joint, a seat for closing die, an opening-closing mechanism of the die, an insert, a through hole, a main blank. A rod blank is not subject to deformation. The insert has a common parting plane with a die and possibility of vertical reciprocating movement relative thereto. The stamp is additionally equipped with a fixed punch, which consists of two halves and has a joint in the die parting plane. At the ends of the insert axial recesses are arranged having a cross-like section shape and in which both punches of the same configuration enter, wherein the width of grooves near the insert recesses and projections of punches is less than the diameter of blank. |
