METHOD FOR OPTIMIZATION OF EXTRACTION OF SATURATION GAS

A method for optimization of extraction of saturation gas includes decomposition of carbonate material at fuel burning in shaft furnace, saturation gas produced is taken from the furnace by means of compressor separately. In the upper section of the shaft furnace a device for control of rarefaction is additionally installed, with installation of the sensors for control of temperature and/or pressure with following transfer of information from those to the device for control of the frequency of rotation of smoke exhauster for observance of set modes of decomposition of carbonate material.
