The present invention relates to a water-insoluble drugs delivery system, a manufacturing method thereof, a delivery method of the water-insoluble drugs using the same, and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the same as an active ingredient and, more specifically, to a water-insoluble drugs delivery system targeting for cancer cell specific target-orientation. A type of cancer cell target-oriented material capable of reacting with antigens overexpressed in the cancer cells can be coupled on a surface of the water-insoluble drugs delivery system by adjusting variably, and a kind of water-insoluble drugs enclosed inside can be variously adjusted in accordance with a type of cancer and a purpose of treatment, thereby can be effectively applied to cancer treatments.
