Disclosed is a method of reinforcing parts of mining equipment, in which a carbide powder is poured into a deck and closed by a sheet of mild steel and a rubber sheet. The packet is placed in a pool of water, in which an explosive charge is placed that is initiated. Carbide powder before its compaction is placed in a cylindrical container with a linear explosive charge and the powder is modified by explosive charge initiation. After this, the primary sintering modified powder is carried out, then the semi-finished product after sintering is placed in a flexible container, evacuated and placed in the pool with explosive substance, and final sintering is carried out after explosive compaction. |
