METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF RADIATION SAFETY SLAG-ALKALINE BINDERS USING DUMP BLAST-FURNACE SLAGS

A method for the production of slag-alkaline binders is carried out by dispersion of blast-furnace slag to fractions, grinding and mixing of certain fraction of slag and aqueous alkaline component. The production of slag-alkaline binders is carried out using in technological process ground fractions of dump blast-furnace slags with considerable content of hydraulically active minerals and low level of radioactivity by kneading and mixing of slag component with aqueous alkaline solutions (20 % NaOH) or soda-alkaline fusion cake (33.7 % of NaCO, 0.71 % of NaOH).
