A stator of a large-size electric machine of water cooled turbine generator comprises a welded housing with resting through support feet on a fundament comprising transversal wall-frames having cuts and recesses along housing side surfaces; longitudinal bars located in frame channels; vertical rectangular support walls located between bars adjacent to frame cuts, massive plates with blind cylindrical holes for transport pilots located on both sides of the housing middle part; between the longitudinal bars and vertical walls adjacent to the side cuts of frames; longitudinal ribs located between the wall-frames along housing length; cylindrical cases enclosing the wall-frames along outer diameter located in the upper and low parts of housing between the longitudinal bars; gaps in the cases located in low part of the housing; one – for a gas cooling duct, another – for a terminal box with flanges having blind holes; gas conduit boxes; a flat-top cross-section; located along the housing length on low coats on both sides of the longitudinal axis of housing meant for transferring high-pressure cooling gas from one side of housing to the other. The housing is made composite comprising members with length determined by sizes of machine facilities and of each member provided with inner attach rings in points of parts joining; fasteners treated on ends of attach rings, adjacent threaded and through holes located in the rings along circles, clam bolts located in said holes; a pair of guiding pins and sockets, profile circular channels on the ring joining, located along external and internal diameter, filled with welds; the cylindrical coats installed between said sides bars; rib stiffeners installed on both sides of cylindrical coats opposite one another, a pipe insert installed in splitting, flat-top boxes installed within attach rings area, welded to the boxes; cutouts and blank plugs on edges of pipe inserts and windows of longitudinal and transversal vertical walls of boxes located opposite pipe inserts. |
