A hydrostatic power drive of a lifting mechanism of a vehicle cab comprises a pump with a hydraulic reservoir, a reverse hydraulic distributor of working fluid, a single-choke hydraulic cylinder of double action, pressure safety valves, a pilot-operated check valve, a filter, high-pressure hoses and a hydraulic automatic unit for providing free stroke in the hydraulic cylinder. For implementation of the up-down, and "floating" modes of a spring-loaded cab during driving as compensation tank oil tank a hydraulic tank is used, the hydraulic automatic unit comprises a two-position dual-line hydraulic distributor with three control chambers; supply lines to two control chambers from the side of hydraulic distributor of the hydraulic automatic unit closing the passage of working fluid are made from the hydraulic lines. The control chamber from the position of free passage of working fluid through a hydraulic distributor of the hydraulic automatic unit is connected directly to the cylinder piston cavity. There are three check valves installed, in the hydraulic reservoir are mounted: a breather and a check valve, and a check valve in the form of a throttle, a filter and a reverse hydraulic distributor of the pump is installed in parallel to the supports of hydraulic drive. |
